Intra-City: The City of Greenville operates an efficient mass transit bus system, Greenville Area Transit or GREAT. Service is provided from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays. Inter-City: Bus Service is provided daily by Greyhound. Information and tickets can be obtained by calling (252) 752-3483 or visiting the station at 405 E. 14th St., Greenville NC.
PATS: The Pitt Area Transit System provides curb-to-curb transportation services for rural residents of Pitt County and human service agency clients. Hours of operation are 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday. For scheduling and rates call (252) 902-2002.
