The NC Community College System works with economic and workforce development partners to assist a company through the initial recruitment, personalized screening, and customized training processes. The greatest asset that North Carolina Community Colleges have is flexibility. NCWorks Customized Training provides education, training and support services for new, expanding and existing business and industry in North Carolina. The goal is to foster and support three key aspects of a company’s well-being: Job Growth, Technology Investment, and Productivity Enhancement. All solutions are the result of collaboration with the management team and customizing the training to meet specific objectives adding to business success.
